Leverage [review]

A rather light drama in this genre. The last drama that shared the same genre with Leverage that I watched was The Player (OCN, 2018) which I didn’t enjoy 100%. That’s why when I went into Leverage I had very low expectation. I had a feeling Leverage would let me down somehow but oh boy I was wrong. Leverage turned out to be a great drama. I finished watching it and found myself wanting for more.

VIP [REVIEW]

Why in the world are there so many dramas about affairs being produced since last least? I feel like more and more dramas in this genre are being released each year. I just hope writers and producer won’t beautify affairs. Really, don’t cheat on your partner guys!

I didn’t know VIP storyline when I got into it. Typical me, I don’t read the synopsis when starting a drama. I just go with the casts, writers and public opinion. I thought VIP was about the top 1% population’s lifestyle and all and not a freaking affair drama LOL.

The Player [Drama Review]

I had doubts before picking this drama up but glad I gave it a shot. For me, The Player, was a nice drama to kill time with engaging script and good execution. The Player certainly had its weak points, it’s unavoidable in this kdramaland but as a whole The Player was enjoyable.

A book may not be able to change the world, but I’m sure it can still leave something warm inside someone’s heart.” – Author Kang Byeong Jun (Romance is a Bonus Book)

Quote of the Week

“Once one path ends, a new path opens there. Once one door closes, the other door opens. When the winter deepens, the spring appears. If I fall, the bigger me will rise. The best end is the true beginning. The honest despair is the beginning of hope.” – Oh Byun Hyuk (Revolutionary Love)
